As of September 28, Concordia at SpiriTrust changed software systems for maintenance requests. WorxHub has been replaced with Concordia’s proprietary ticketing system for maintenance requests. All maintenance requests will need to be entered by a Concordia at SpiriTrust team member.
A point person has been identified at each community to enter maintenance requests on behalf of residents. To contact your point person, visit your community website (see menu below) and click on “Maintenance Requests” in the quick links menu on the right.
