Mandatory Screening

Active screening of team members, contractors, vendors and all other individuals deemed essential to the care of those we serve and who must enter one of our communities to perform their service are being conducted upon entry to our buildings.

Visitor Screening

As part of our ongoing efforts to keep our residents, clients and participants safe, we are following the recommendations of CMS and the PA Department of Health and are screening everyone who comes into our communities. Visitors must complete a questionnaire as directed prior to entering a SpiriTrust Lutheran^® building.
